Rick Williams, CEO
Working more than four decades in a variety of industries from coast to coast, Rick is a self proclaimed graduate of “Hard Knocks.” As an expert of his craft, he has served as President and General Manager of one of the largest multi-brand dealerships in the country, in addition to operating and owning a multi-franchise employment agency and a boutique entertainment talent agency based in Los Angeles.
Julie Williams, President
Julie holds an MBA degree from the University of Maryland and has more than 30 years of retail, wholesale and technology experience. In addition to leading a sales team from one of the largest conversion van companies in the nation, Julie has held various managerial and executive positions including General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, Finance Manager and Fleet Manager throughout her sales career. Because of her dedication to teaching, Julie has become a respected mentor among her peers and new-hire candidates.
Tracie Williams, Recruitment + Web Mgr
Tracie holds an MFA degree from ICP-Bard (New York) and is responsible for leading our recruitment and marketing teams. From coordinating large-scale overseas recruitment campaigns to website content development for the largest sports and entertainment brand in the nation, she offers a unique creative perspective and experience, spanning over 20 years.
